Census Bureau: More women than men in Lebanon in 2020

Of the 3,221 people living in Lebanon in 2020, 61.2 percent (1,972) were women and 38.8 percent (1,249) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Virginia News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 235. In the 65 and over age range, there were 579 females and 367 males.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau's American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
