UVA Wise women's tennis coach Danny Rowland announced his five 2022-2023 season signees on Friday afternoon.
"This year's signing class will bring some excitement to our tennis program," Rowland said. "They are all very anxious to get here and contribute to the team. They each have their own unique style of play and will have to adjust very quickly to the college game as we have several matches scheduled for the fall shortly after they arrive."
The five signees include Antonella Campodonico from Caracas, Venezuela, Lucy Cunliffe from Newton Le Willows, England, Amelia Monteith from Sevenoaks, England, Constanca Azinhaga from Benedita, Portugal, and Madison Ramey from Floyd, VA.
"Our staff is very excited to get started with what will be a very young team with only one junior and no seniors."
