There were four American Indian students enrolled in Bristol City Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 20% less than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Bristol City Public Schools District welcomed 2,154 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, American Indian students comprised 0.2% of the student body to be the least represented ethnicity in the school.

Bristol City Public Schools District roughly covers schools within Bristol City and has a main office in Bristol.

Among the six schools in Bristol City Public Schools District, Highland View Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of American Indian students in the 2023-24 school year.
