There were 4,875 white students enrolled in Tazewell County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 2.3% less than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Tazewell County Public Schools District welcomed 5,307 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, white students comprised 91.9% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the school.

Tazewell County Public Schools District roughly covers schools within Tazewell County and has a main office in Tazewell.

Among the 13 schools in Tazewell County Public Schools District, Richlands High School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2023-24 school year.
