There were 237 2nd-grade students enrolled in Scott County schools in the 2023-24 school year, 0.9% more than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

The school that enrolled the largest number of 2nd-grade students in the county was Weber City Elementary School.

Within Scott County schools, the largest number of students were found in 8th-grade, while 4th-grade had the least students.

Statewide, Scott County ranked 65th in enrollment numbers. It was ranked 66th the year before.
