On February 12, 2025, Griffith commented on the end of President Biden’s tenure: "Biden inflationary policies, agencies doling out cash and last-second regs marked the end of Biden’s tenure. A new era begins in Washington to drive down costs, restore fiscal responsibility and strengthen the American economy."
Later that day, Griffith commemorated Abraham Lincoln's birthday: "On this day in 1809, America’s 16th president was born. President Lincoln was the first Republican to be elected as president. While his life was taken just as he started his second term, let us celebrate his accomplished legacy and his impactful contributions to our Republic."
On February 13, 2025, Griffith raised concerns about financial management during the final months of Biden's administration: "The Biden Admin shoveled billions in taxpayer money out the door so fast in the waning months of his term. This action raised serious questions. Administrator Zeldin’s investigation highlights the need for more oversight and accounting of these expenditures."
