On June 17, 2025, Kilgore highlighted the significance of Primary Day in Virginia. He urged Virginians to participate in the elections by voting in some critical House Republican primaries. He reminded citizens that “polls close at 7 PM” and provided a link for further information about polling locations.
Later that day, Kilgore extended his congratulations to Dr. Kenneth C. Alexander on his new role as Vice Chancellor for Strategic Partnerships at VCCS. In his message, he praised Dr. Alexander’s leadership and educational background, emphasizing that it would contribute to enhancing workforce development across Virginia: “Your proven leadership and deep roots in education will help strengthen workforce development across the Commonwealth.”
