On Tuesday, March 11, former Abingdon High School standout Chase Hungate’s current college team, the Mississippi State Bulldogs, won 9-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Old Dominion Monarchs.

The game took place at Kessler Federal Park. This was their first matchup against the Monarchs this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 5 p.m. at Kessler Federal Park against Nicholls State Colonels.
