Carroll County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Oct. 15
The Carroll County Early Childhood Advisory Council is pleased to present the Circle of Security Parent Program, open to any family in Carroll County with a child age birth to age 8. Sessions will be held on Wednesdays, October 27, through December 15, 2021, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Carroll County Non-Profit Building in Westminster.
This free 8-week interactive parenting program will focus on strategies and tools to be used with children at home. Topics will include attachment, making children feel secure, and strategies for addressing behavior. Dinner will be provided. There also will be free childcare with activities provided by early childhood teachers.
