County of Dickenson issued the following announcement on March 7
Dickenson County will hold a public hearing on March 16, 2022, at 10 a.m. at the Trammel Baptist Church to solicit public input on a public housing and infrastructure project in relation to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. Citizens are expected to learn about previous project activities, activities to be undertaken, project beneficiaries by income level (including low-to-moderate income individuals) and plans to minimize displacement and provide displacement assistance if applicable. Citizens are encouraged to ask questions or comment on the past use of CDBG funds.
