Lancers Welcome Charleston Southern For 'Kids Night'

The Opening Tip:

• Longwood hosts its second Big South contest of the season against the Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
• The Buccaneers are coming off a season that saw them finish 2-27 (2-15 Big South), falling to High Point in the first round of the Big South Tournament.
• Today's game will mark the 25th all-time Division-I matchup between the Lancers and the Buccaneers.
• Longwood leads the series 13-11 against Charleston Southern and has won each of the last five meetings against the Buccaneers.
• Longwood came out victorious in their most recent matchup on 2/2/22 by a score of 91-59 in Charleston.
• The two teams will face one another again on January 28th in Charleston.
• The Lancers were picked to finish sixth in the Big South while CSU was picked to finish tenth.
