Griffith Announces Ninth District Winners of Congressional App Challenge

Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) has announced the winners of the Congressional App Competition in Virginia's Ninth Congressional District. Jack Lingle from Blacksburg High School emerged as the first-place winner with his app called Heart Help. Mattox Jalbert from Benjamin Franklin Middle School secured second place with his app, Hall Buddy, while Milo Tao-Lin, also from Blacksburg High School, claimed the third-place spot with his app, Matharena.

In a statement, Congressman Griffith expressed his congratulations to the winners, saying, "Congratulations to Jack Lingle on winning first place. His app shows great talent and creativity. I would also like to congratulate Mattox Jalbert for placing second and Milo Tao-Lin for placing third in the competition with their excellent entries."

The Congressman also commended all the participants from the Ninth District, highlighting their creativity and skill. He added, "Throughout the Ninth District, we have many creative and skilled students.
