Morgan Griffith, a U.S. Congressman representing Virginia's 9th district since 2011, recently shared insights on his activities and historical reflections through a series of tweets. Griffith, who succeeded Rick Boucher in Congress and previously served in the Virginia House of Delegates, continues to engage with both contemporary legislative issues and historical commemorations.

On March 22, 2025, Griffith highlighted his meeting with Truliant Federal Credit Union during a visit to Wytheville. He noted the discussion centered around their legislative agenda and expressed appreciation for their engagement. "During a trip to Wytheville, I met with Truliant Federal Credit Union to discuss their legislative agenda and issues. I appreciate their interest in speaking with me."

The following day, March 23, 2025, Griffith commemorated the anniversary of Patrick Henry's historic speech delivered at St. John’s Church in Richmond in 1775. He reflected on the significance of Henry's words that have become iconic in American history: "On this day 250 years ago, Patrick Henry delivered one of the most epic speeches in American history... 'Give me Liberty, or give me death!'"

On March 24, 2025, Griffith expressed gratitude towards GOP Majority Whip Emmer for supporting his Congressional Review Act aimed at protecting American tire manufacturers from recent regulations introduced by the Biden administration. He emphasized unity among House Republicans against these regulatory measures: "Thank you @GOPMajorityWhip Emmer for your support to pass my Congressional Review Act... House Republicans stand unified to undo the Biden regulatory regime."
