Lee County recently issued the following announcement.
The Lee County Board of Supervisors has received the first installment of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds from the Federal government. Any agency or organization that plans to submit a request for a portion of these funds should do so by the close of business on September 15, 2021 and should include information documenting how their request complies with the ARPA spending guidelines. The Board of Supervisors will begin review and consideration of these requests in October of 2021.
